It's the Grand Final of Let's Dance For Comic Relief on BBC1 this Saturday evening, and we're delighted that one of the stars of the show will be coming here next year.

Comedian Russell Kane is hotly-tipped for his version of Beyonce's Crazy In Love in the show which has been attracting audiences of 7.5m over the last few weeks. You can see his dance here.

Apart from Comic Relief, Russell has won the Edinburgh Comedy Award (formerly the Perrier) and co-presents coverage of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here. We're very excited about him coming to Chorley, even though it's over a year away!

He's here on 21st March 2012, tickets are priced £17.50 and are on sale now from Malcolm's Musicland, 01257 264362 and We Got Tickets and See Tickets. Should be on Ticketmaster soon.

There are still a few tickets left for Richard Herring tomorrow, but be quick!

As Neville's Island finishes (tickets still left for last 2 nights but be quick) we've added more shows to the line-up for the rest of the year:

A comedy from Tim Firth (who also wrote Calendar Girls and All Quiet On The Preston Front) about 4 businessmen who go on a team-building exercise in the Lake District, but get stuck on a mound in Derwentwater. Stranded overnight, with one sausage between them, the laughs come thick and fast as their situation worsens and four different people brought together by work realise they have to get along. May feature slight nudity and simulated wading.

The show stars CADOS regulars and NODA Award winning actors John Griffin and Barry Callander with Andrew Kidd and Steve Unsworth, and is directed by NODA winning Sean Duxbury. The set is amazing - we've built an actual island and a lake in the theatre and it looks brilliant. You'll believe you're in the Lake District (and we're providing free waterproofs to the first two rows). We've even got actual trees courtesy of Golden Days Garden Centre, Standish.

A sneak peak at the set under construction as we put the water in.

Don't miss this hilarious and magical adventure - book now at Malcolm's Musicland 01257 264362 or click here. Tickets are just £5 for the first 3 days (£8 for the last three days).

There are still tickets available for the rest of the week, but are going fast. It may be possible to pay on the door on the night of a show but we do recommend booking ahead with Malcolm's Musicland 01257 264362 (especially Friday and Saturday).

We've got loads of great comedy coming in the next few months, and they're all telly regulars. Don't miss these:

A new tour for the award-winning stand-up who has appeared on Mock The Week, Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, and the current series of Comedy Rocks on ITV1. A sell-out worldwide, we're delighted he's coming to Chorley Little Theatre on Sunday 5th June. Tickets are £15 and on sale now from Malcolm's Musicland or click here.

He's been on Russell Howard's Good News and is appearing here on 11th June in a double bill with Edinburgh Newcomer Nominee Gareth Richards. Be sure to catch these rising stars! The strangest (and funniest) double act you may ever see, the Socks have taken the Edinburgh Fringe by storm over 4 sell-out years and make a welcome return to Chorley on 14th May. Featuring songs, sketches and TV spoofs, the duo have been on The One Show, The Culture Show, MTV, and BBC Three's Comedy Shuffle. They've got loads of stuff on YouTube but have to be seen live.
