For The Kids
Thursday afternoon sees the return of After Dark Theatre with their Wolfman Investigations: Curse of the Manic Museum show. Like a live-action cartoon, this all-new show is a funny and thrilling adventure involving audience participation and songs. The gang have been coming to Chorley for several years - fighting Carnival monsters, skeletons, cowboys and aliens. This year Wolfie and his pals face their most villainous villain ever!

Next year have a return visit from The Scottish Falsetto Sock Puppet Theatre. The creator, Kev F Sutherland, is also an artist for the Beano and Dandy and will be running a Comics Art Masterclass i n Chorley on the day of the show. Look for details nearer the time, but for now have a read of his Halloween-themed Bash Street Kids comic strip.
For Teens and Adults
On Thursday evening we present an hilarious brand-new show by the After Dark Theatre team in which Dr Dale Seslick returns with the essential guide to How To Survive A Zombie Apocalypse. Mixing improvised comedy and sketches, this award-winning show just might save your life.

Chorley Empire Community Cinema present Shutter Island this Sunday at 7.30pm. This supernatural thriler stars Leonardo Di Caprio as a US Marshall sent to a mental asylum to investigate the disappearance of a female prisoner. As a hurricane hits the island, things get out of hand as fantasy and reality collide. The film also stars Ben Kingsley, Michelle Williams and Emily Mortimer. It's directed by Martin Scorcese.
