Two rising stars of comedy preview their material for the upcoming Edinburgh Festival, each with an hour-long set.
As heard on BBC Radio 4, Mark Simmons is a one-liner comedian. In fact, a “master of one liners” one4review ★★★★★. It won him a place in Dave’s prestigious Best Joke of The Fringe in Edinburgh 2017. And now brings you his newest show ahead of the Edinburgh Fringe.
Mark co-hosts with Seann Walsh the Newish show and the Filmish show on Fubar Radio. He has also recently recorded a couple of TV pilots as well as starring in the hit BBC3 documentary One for The Road, where a film crew followed him alongside Seann Walsh on tour in the Scottish Highlands.
On the live comedy scene, Mark closes all the top UK comedy clubs and has also been busy recently supporting Rob Brydon, Seann Walsh, Rob Beckett on their national tours, as well as previously, supporting Michael McIntyre and Jack Dee.
